On Site Waste

During the building of Long Meadow, a Site Waste Management Plan has reduced the amount or waste to an absolute minimum. Materials come to site in the exact quantities required, packaging is reduced if not eliminated, and traffic movements are restricted. It is all part of the bigger picture of building homes that have a minimal environmental impact.

Although we have provided as many facilities as we can for recycling when you live in your home, there will no doubt be residual waste which will be collected by the local council in the usual way.
